The owner is very lovely, and the design is amazing.

SO MUCH mosquitoes, and poor soundproofing. We couldn’t sleep even though we literally showered with the stinky mosquito repellent, but it still didn’t deter them. Also, there is so much noise from the bars outside, that you won t get to sleep until 2am or whatsoever. We also heard a rat or mouse in the ceiling at night, which was a bit scary. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing stuff, hotel and everything around was clean.

Sometimes from near hotels and bars you hear music till late night but we don’t mind. Just saying

Nothing major issues

One member of staff tried to help with out many issues, the only redeeming thing about this hotel.

A good contender for the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. First they put us in the wrong room and argued with us for half an hour and refused to accept they were wrong. Finally the manager turned up and corrected the staff involved and put us in the room we booked. Second we asked for laundry to be done, asked for a price and weren’t given one. The next day we went to collect it and they tried to charge us $60, for clothes that weren’t even clean and had ants in. Eventually we settled on a more reasonable price. On check out they randomly tried to charge us an extra $100, still not really sure what for. It’s also impossible to get any sleep before 1am due to the very loud music from the bar next door. Please avoid this hotel.

Horrible communication

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, hacia mucho calor. La limpieza era insuficiente. Había chinches en la cama... . No iba bien Internet. Cada noche había música alta debajo del balcón. El primer día el TV no tenía cable y los mandos a distancia no tenían pilares. La nevera era ridícula y no enfriaba bien. El armario ropero no se abría bien La luz era pobre Había parte del revestimiento de la pared despegado. El desayuno era muy pobre y repetitivo. Un zumo de frasco barato y salchichas para alimentar a los gatos.
