AULarge spacious room and excellent breakfast
The Proprietor was very hard to communicate with as she never answered her phone. We were not able to leave suitcases secured at the residence before 3:30, and as we arrived at 11:00am this meant we could not explore the lovely towns. Also heating in room not efficient and very poor internet.
GBRoom was perfect, beautiful sea view, friendly hosts and so easy going. Gave the best local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble, even met their friendly Labradors. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered extras if we wanted. Parking no issue in early April. Parked outside each day and can stay till 1200 if necessary. I took my Fella for his birthday and we have the most relaxing romantic 2 days in Lynmouth - 75 years after my grandparents.
Furniture a little tired, but didn't take away from our enjoyment of the weekend.
