This was the first time I ever stayed here.. I had seen the place before I'm familiar with the town but never stayed here.. I had a very long ride (motorcycle).. and I was really really disappointed that they closed the steakhouse and the lounge at 7:00 p.m.. it was in fact a Sunday.. but it was also Labor Day weekend.. that one caught me off guard. That bad.. that bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my entire life.. the room was nice and quaint and old style original.. I loved the room. As far as the room I only disappointment was that (I am a big coffee lover) there was no creamer for your coffee.. and the sugar packets that were on the table were rock hard like they had been there for at least a year. It did not crush my stay.. I love the trip.. I love the scenery.. the room BED was really great.
