Ekaa Hotel

We loved this place, well beyond our expectations. Really nicely located 'cottage' rooms in lovely garden by the pool. Could have stayed longer! lovely staff, aircon, security and breakfast upped our ratings! Recommended!

Room felt very basic, bathroom door was broken / hanging off the hinges, the shower barely worked and no wifi when we were there due to power cut. Reception staff were rarely on the desk so you had to find them. The pool was very chlorinated, was not pleasant to swim in.

It’s a nice and peaceful oasis in a quiet area in Palomino. The rooms are super clean and the staff is doing everything to make you enjoy your stay. I personally was a bit sick while staying in Ekaa and felt all the time taken care of by the lovely staff.

A hidden paradise away from the center of town and all the action. I loved the spacious cabaña w the private hammock terrace, the tropical garden and the refreshing little pool. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

It would have been nice to have more than the one breakfast option which consisted of eggs, arepa, a small fruit plate and coffee/tea.

Situated on a very quiet street, it’s lovely, very calm and tranquil environment.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The surrounding nature was beautiful, creating a serene atmosphere. The hotel itself had a rustic charm that was both cozy and inviting. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly restful experience. Highly recommended!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. While there are some aspects that could be improved as they don’t work perfectly, the staff is extremely kind and efficient in managing solutions. Their excellent service makes up for any minor inconveniences, and I appreciate their efforts to ensure a good experience. Thanks to Katia who was very helpful and the lovely ladies at the kitchen.

I was in the double room. Amiable and efficient staff, adequate breakfast, cold A/C, free coffee and drinking water. (I visited the cottages and they are much bigger and appear to be more comfortable, better equipped, and a better deal than the double.) The shower area is a good size. I found the croaking of hundreds of frogs behind the hotel to be rather soothing and didn't interrupt my sleep. Has generator for electric outages. Wifi was strong.

Bedroom is clean in the double, but is quite small and cramped and no TV. Bed low to the floor.
