Friendliness of staff. Warmly welcomed. Great swimming pool. Cute rooms with lots of character. Overall, it is a relaxing place to stay.

Breakfast was nice, and the ladies making it were amazing. However, as we were there for 5 nights, we would have liked to have seen a bit more variety rather than the same option each day.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk to Town andai. Street. Staff and manager are brilliant and either with our poor Spanish they managed to help with all our enquiries. Nice peaceful oasis in Palomino

"Hopefully a rare mistake…"

They made our stay very troublesome since they overbook their hotel rooms and have no good ideas for solving these problems… At least they tried to help but not in a satisfactory way. They just offered us a way worse hotel for a higher price as compensation for their mistake.

Unfortunately, they didn’t give us a room because they overbook their hotel. Looking for another hotel at the same day is very difficult…

It’s beautiful! And you are in a place surrounded by nature and it’s quiet.

I think that the breakfast is very basic, that could be better. When I was there was no drinkable water, and it also looks like you can’t have food there. So keep that in mind. But there a plenty of options in the village!

"Don't hesitate to book, this is the perfect place to stay!"

This hotel is phenomenal! We just wanted to stay one night but had to stay longer due to road closing and it was the perfect place to stay for a longer time. Incredibly comfortable, staff was really nice and the whole facilities are just really, really pretty. The rooms are huge and comfortable and the outdoor with the pool and your own hammock is just perfect.

The only thing we didn't like was that the internet is not the best

"Lovely oasis in palomino"

Lovely oasis, loved how peaceful it was, great breakfast, room was huge and amazing. Aircon was amazing and much needed in the heat. Easy walk to the main strip.
