We've stayed at this Silver Cloud multiple times now and have consistently been pleased with our stays. From the free, secure parking to the gracious and welcoming staff members, and large spacious rooms - this hotel has been a model of consistency over the years. Upon check-in we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger room - free of charge and without us even asking, additionally we were also gifted a free dessert at the in-house restaurant which was also a very pleasant surprise. The hotel rooms are well-supplied and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay, including K-cup coffee/tea, bottled water, plenty of towels, and bathrobes. We really like that both bedside tables have their own clock/ device charging station. Their standard 12PM check-out time is a rarity in most hotel stays these days, and having that extra hour helps reduce the stress of check-out.

There is not much to not like about this hotel but if I were being picky, I would say that some of the room light fixtures use cool-toned lighting such as over the kitchenette area and over the love-seat area. The tone of lighting is slightly too cool-toned for my taste and gives-off a very sterile, garage/ laboratory-like stark feel to the areas in the room reliant on those light fixtures. There is only one elevator that services the entire hotel, so that is something to consider if you are reliant on the elevator to climb to the floors.
