Excellent breakfast. Great walking and easy to get to Mill Beach and ferry. Thank you for keeping dogs away from the main eating area! Staff always ready to help. Changed over duvet was an example.

Lifts out of order. A little weak on evening menu. Same each evening and specials a bit expensive.

Amazing views and location! The food is also really good. The hotel is in the process of being bought and I think it will be lovely once some updates have been done!

Not enough staff. Dirty, old furniture. Spa not working during the stay.

Location is amazing. Room size was great. The food is amazing worth the costs! The score is high due to the food and not the room. Breakfast was good, great choice although we were only offered one hot drink. Lovely local walks.

The room was very tired, is in need for a deep clean, paint and fixing up. Was a little annoyed that the bedroom carpet was wet due to the previous guest spilling an item, not nice when you had to walk in it in the night bare foot! As it was quiet season we were perplex as to why they didn’t move us. Be sure to book the cinema room ahead as it was fully booked on check in. Jacuzzi hot tub didn’t work for both days of the stay.

Wasn’t many staff on site. The cot provided was faulty and therefore couldn’t use it.

We love the place, repeat visitors. Praying that the place ends up in the right hands!

The location is superb and the staff friendly and helpful. What a rare privilege to be right on this beautiful coastline touching distance to the Sw coastal path. We were there for a special birthday so we were in the penthouse. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. All the bedrooms were super comfortable and the living space upstairs also had a stunning view as well as a massive kitchen living area. Perfect for cooking our own food and hanging out. Shout out to Louise who allowed us to stay another night in this beautiful space once the kids had left. The spa and restaurant were all fabulous, but for me it was the stunning location in total comfort that made it a very special and relaxing weekend. Until next time..

Everything was perfect!

Lovely modern decor with beautiful aesthetic. The food was absolutely delicious, couldn’t fault it at all. They left a wonderful note and brownies to celebrate my birthday, and I had a wonderful treatment in the spa that was tailored for pregnancy. They thought of everything.

My partner wanted the option to do something special for my birthday in the evening (order flowers for example), but it wasn’t available. But otherwise can’t fault it- we will definitely be back!
