7 Bidadari Hotel Seminyak

Nothing. More about the place- rooms are horrible, towels and bedding seem to have stains on them, WiFi is horrible hands down worst WiFi ever. Pool isn’t that clean and looks like they don’t test it (not sure if they do or don’t but since the floods they had to clean it twice and i didn’t notice them testing it) Air Conditioning leaks water whole time. Make you pay extra for beers and waters. location is not that good as it down a hill so in wet season it floods badly, not many stuff near by have to get a bike or car to get to places. Bathroom as a off smell.

My boyfriend and I have been staying here since November 27th, and from early on we have both been extremely sick. Constant coughing, struggling to breathe, and feeling worse every single day. We later noticed mold in the room, and in our experience that is what has been destroying our health. It’s now gotten so bad that I’m vomiting as well. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we’ve spent more money on doctors and hospital visits than actually going out and experiencing Bali. That alone says everything. As if the health situation wasn’t bad enough, the hotel has flooded twice. Not minor flooding water it was so high we couldn’t even reach the hotel at all. We were stranded and forced to sit in a McDonald’s all night until 7 AM The next day because we had nowhere else to go. We received absolutely no help, no guidance, and no concern from the staff. Nothing. When i called to ask for help and tell them how tried we were i got told to wait until 10am because (“the manager doesn’t start until 10) we were stranded from 11pm until 7am the next day. My boyfriends parents flew out to see us as we hadn’t seen them in a while, and they have been to bali so many times and they have never experienced this before either, they were on the bottom floor and we were on the top and while we were stranded during the flood their room flooded up to the bed (very deep water, you couldn’t even see the pool anymore) and there was only the security guard working at the time and poor guy was trying to sort everything out (he didn’t speak English that well) But they got moved to top floor which everyone on the bottom floor got moved to the top, anyway the next day they got very sick and the friends we made there that were also on the bottom floor got very sick as well it was horrible.

Everything,the location it's in the deep end bundus and the facilities are bad they look dull and old

The only thing I enjoyed about my stay was the taxi to the airport, it could not have come soon enough this is absolutly the worst hotel ever.

Wading through 1 foot of water getting out of my bed in the middle of the night Do not go there, they are deleting comments as soon as they are uploaded, for your sake, I hope you get this warning, worst ever trip to Bali and very sick upon my return.
