Nothing I liked

I stayed at this hotel for one night only, and it was a very unpleasant experience that I cannot overlook. On that night, while I was walking along the dark and isolated path leading to the hotel, I was suddenly attacked by a group of stray dogs. I had to run back to the main road and take a taxi just to reach the hotel entrance safely. It was a terrifying and dangerous situation, especially since the area is completely deserted and poorly lit at night. What made the situation even worse was that the receptionist was nearby and heard the dogs attacking me, yet he did nothing to help. When I told him what happened, he showed no concern and just laughed, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, there is no elevator in the hotel, which made carrying my luggage upstairs inconvenient, and there were several power outages during the night, adding to the discomfort and lack of safety. Overall, the isolated location, lack of safety measures, and unprofessional behavior of the staff made my stay very negative. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for travelers arriving at night or anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay.

Les équipements sont vraiment très biens: lits confortables, nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour…

Nos toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas. Il a fallut qu’on se plaigne 3 fois à la réception pour qu’ils décident d’appeler un technicien. Nous n’avons ou utiliser nos toilettes que le dernier jour.

Location and price

The staff not friendly and we cant move to the 1st floor. They request more money for it. 2 years ago I went there, I stay in 1st floor without additional charge. No breakfast available. Kitchen not use for long time. And we cant turn on the tv on lobby.

The service, they clean often and are very polite

The rooms are tiny and a bit damp.
