Breakfast was Good. Service needs improvement. The hotel lobby is very good and well maintained. Location is Good. Counter staff is cooperative. Since the location and parking is Good , would like to suggest management that there is a huge scope for improvement.

Rooms need drastic improvement. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Washrooms are in shabby condition. All bath fittings are rusty. refurbishing of rooms is very much necessary. No charging points for Mobile phones and other gadgets which is the need of hour. Management needs to look in to it seriously. The rooms are not at all worth for the value paid. Serious trouble of Hot water and water pressure too. The only good lobby and smiles do not give comfort to Guests.

The price they take and services they offer have a huge gap. I called the Reception 3 times just for a cup of coffee. They don't have proper bathroom kits and accessories. The cafeteria is very limited
