Hotel Sheetal Regency,Near Janambhumi

We book a room for 3 member, they charged 650 per day per person but services are not met my expectations. The 1 bed they provide is so bad, only a mattress on floor with a dirty blanket. Overall I am not satisfied.

the entrance was beautiful clean downstairs was nice

the rooms were unclean, dust everywhere the equipment not clean like bucket bowls, the shower was broken, took ages for hot water to come through, the duvet was torn, sheets were not changed, didn’t have anything stated in the booking, not kettle teacups, 1 glass we were a couple, no teaspoon, the towels we’re terrible.

Hotel was old not well maintained, rooms were dirty specially toitels. My parents had to request another round of cleaning 🙄 Price is very high compared to the facility and maintenance...not worth the money.

Hotel location is very good.

Initially they allocated room and found water leakage in room wall. After rising complete they replaced room.

The location was perfect, walkable to the janmabhoomi temple, the room was huge n comfortable, the washroom was clean and the room had enough ventilation, the buffet breakfast was good, everything was tasty

All rooms have fungus! Never stay at this unhealthy environment rooms. They are frauds.

Fungus in rooms, dirty towel, bedding, pillow. staff have smoked ciggerate, no etiquette to deal with customers. Washroom have fungus, switch board doors all fungus
