Very little. It has a good view of the beach but that means you need to climb up and down a hill everytime you want to get to and from the hostel.

Horrible rooms. Didnt even have windows, just a bug net. You get a curtain for privacy but that doesnt even close all the way. The bedsheets are like sandpaper and they had dodgy stains on them. Also expect all kinds of ants to crawl into your room, it was common for me to find big and small ants all over my room every time I walked in. Also the way into the hostel is a huge pain. You need to walk up a hill which at night gets pitch-black. If you don’t bring a flashlight or phone you are in trouble. To make matters worse, the road is in very poor condition, so you’ll need to shuffle around loose rocks and holes to climb up to the accommodation. Finally, management asks you to pay for the full stay in cash in mexican pesos even though most businesses around the area accept card. All in all a very bad experience and I wish I would’ve just paid a bit extra to stay at a much nicer place.

A short 10 min walk into town and even shorter to a swimmable beach and another with mild surf. Nice shady pool.

Some aging rusty plumbing and the pool area wasn’t cleaned regularly.

Beautiful and clean property, great view, comfortable bed. Good value for money. I absolutely recommend it.

Lovely , quiet and peaceful... breathtaking views.Clean and Manager Flo was very helpful arranging transport...plenty of drinking water small kitchen with basic facilities...fridge ,stove , coffee makers...good AC and many seating options on terraces,pool was immaculate...lots of privacy...spacious rooms great beds and linens. would stay again !

Location on hill top has extremely challenging climb UP from village and hundreds of stairs to beach...last few meters of drive way EXTREMELY vertiginous Grade...some TAXIS do not want to go up!... NOT recommend for persons with ANY mobility issues...taxis and transport in area poor. BEACHES stunning but village is hot and dusty..not many choices for food but excellent fish at beachfront palapas. Hotel did not have water or glasses in room and no shelving in bathroom for toiletries bathroom is a little weak just basic but clean...must self cater all eats and drink nothing for sale ... disadvantage in remote locale.

A very nice place,very quiet,very clean,courteous staff.the views are magnificent from everywhere,from the pool,the yoga deck,the rooms and terraces.don't forget to bring Mexican pesos as it's the only way to pay the bill.
