Riboville Boutique Hotel And Restaurant

The Employees are all friendly and welcoming from Receptionist, Waiter, Manager, Cleaner they are very professional and that is what is called customer retention. They create a pleasant environment. I felt welcomed and my kids enjoyed every moment.

The stay was exceptional, but the Hotel should be flexible in checking in earlier especially if it communicated. The cleaners can start with the room that requires early check in. So i think these a communication breakdown among the departments.

The environment is amazing! With a lot of green and birds, so beautiful! The room has a nice balcony and you can see the view while enjoy your breakfast.

Nice big beds, clean rooms and bedding. rooms are nice and large

The rooms are lovely but need maintenance . The extractor fan and aircon both made alot of noise . Unfortunately we never had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant . Hotel lacks a personal touch . There seemed to be ground staff wondering around inside the hotel ?
