"Disappointing. Staff was great, but maintenance of the rooms has clearly been neglected"

The hotel isn’t what it was years ago. Maintenance has unfortunately clearly been neglected. TV wasn’t working. Not worth the money.

"Beautiful hotel but need major improvement in their service culture"

Pretty design and the rooms are well insulated in terms of heat

The corridors are very cold. The hotel had conferences when we stayed there and they got extremely rowdy. General level of service and attention to customer needs at the restaurant was poor. Also entering the hotel there was a very large queue of cars that took an extra 20 minutes to get through the security entrance point.
