The breakfast that was included The location it is close to the place we needed it to be

First night we did not have milk or glasses Second night we did not have towels The floor had a stain on from the say we came in and the toilet wall is also dirty

The place is gorgeous! Its quite impressive. The style and buildings is wow!!!

The place lacks a warm atmosphere. Someone who can make you feel welcome. All the things are there, but it's cold and unpersonal. Our aircon/heater didn't work properly. At around 4, there were guests/people making such a noise in the corridor.. slamming doors and shouting after a night of drinking.. it felt unsafe being a guest there.
