The restaurant menu options are very very very limited with no halal food options. This should be expanded and more options should be added.

A nice and quiet boutique hotel in Gudauri. The rooms are beautifully designed. I had an issue with my reservation, but they were able to find a solution. Olga and Shota are very kind and make a real effort to ensure a great experience. That makes the place a much better hotel than many others.

Это потрясающее место. Вид из окна, люди, которые там работают, кухня. Несмотря на сложности на дороге и отмены трансфера до подъемника, мне помогли донести снаряжение. Еще раз повторюсь — люди, которые там работают, ответят на все вопросы, подскажут, и просто очень гостеприимно встретят. Я обязательно вернусь в этот отель — просто из-за атмосферы. Большое спасибо!

Hotel Ati Ambavi – A Cozy Boutique Experience with Exceptional Staff Our stay at Hotel Ati Ambavi in Gudauri was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Shota and Lado. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, always accommodating our requests within their reach—exactly what you’d expect from a boutique hotel experience. A huge shoutout to them for their kindness and attentiveness! The hotel’s restaurant is stunning, with live piano music that creates a magical atmosphere. However, the pricing felt more aligned with Dubai than Gudauri, which slightly took away from the overall experience. That said, breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and with eggs made to order. We couldn’t have been happier with the morning spread. Our room was small but cozy, offering a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the beds didn’t live up to expectations, and the pillows and bedding were of noticeably lower quality. After six nights, we didn’t sleep our best, which was one of the biggest downsides of our stay. The ski room was quite basic but functional, and the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the Shino lift (just a 3-minute drive away), which was incredibly convenient. The sauna, though requiring pre-booking, was excellent, and we never had any trouble reserving it—thanks again to Shota. Overall, we loved our stay. While the beds were a challenge, the outstanding staff, great breakfast, and charming ambiance made up for it. If they improve the bedding quality, this place would be close to perfect!
