"חווית אירוח ושירות יוצאת מן הכלל!"

מלון במרחק של 2 דק ניסעה מליפט שינו יש אפשרות לסקי אין סקי אווט (יותר לבעלי ניסיון). הצוות והשירות מעל ומעבר. הכל בחיוך באהבה, בשירותיות. תמיד כן. תמיד נכונות לפנק ולתת את המעבר. המסעדה הכי טובה באזור ולדעתי המלון בוטיק הכי מפנק באזור. 10 חדרים בלבד כל אחד מעוצב ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש. בקיצור הפך את טיול הסקי לטיול מפנק ברמה גבוהה תודה רבה לשוטה ולצוות המעולה!

מכונת קפה לא מקצועית שמפיקה קפה טעים מאוד אך פושר. אמרו שיקנו חדש ממש בקרוב. גקוזי קר אבל ככה זה סאונה חמה וגקוזי קר...

I liked everything, I felt like im in second home Shota was super helpful, since my first day until the last day he was so helpful I liked the property, jacuzzi international breakfast was soooo yummy! Even the dinner menu 👌🏻 Definitely i will rebook my stay, shota made my stay more joyful by always affording help and activities with really good prices!

Отдыхали с супругом с 02.02 по 07.02.25. Впечатление от отеля очень приятное. Сам отель небольшой-10 номеров. В этом вся суть. Отель очень атмосферный. Фото соответствуют.Такое впечатление, что весь отель в твоем распоряжении. На завтраках нет толпы, индивидуальное спа (есть финская сауна и джакузи, то что нужно после катаний)в удобное для тебя время. Завтраки просто превосходные. Очень большое разнообразие блюд. Повар готовит очень вкусно. Круасаны выше всех похвал.Вообще ресторан в отеле в вечернее время обязателен к посещению. Вечером играет маэстро на пианино. Это что-то невероятное. Персонал отеля, в частности Шато, был очень внимательным, вежливым и всепомогающим. Как-будто мы Вип-гости. Любой впрос или просьба решается с улыбкой и в считаные минуты. Шато-это сердце отеля. Он сделал наш отдых незабываемым. До подъемника есть трансфер с 10-12 и обратно с 16-17. Ехать 3 мин. Очень удобно. Обязательно вернемся.

Все понравилось. Вернемся еще.

"Quite beautiful with stunning spa"

Really very pretty sauna and jacuzzi-pool spa room. Well worth staying for just this. Additionally, the restaurant must have the best food, service, ambiance and decor in all of Gudauri. A talented pianist played during dinner. Remarkable really. The breakfast was equally impressive, and also worth staying, just for this. The manager, Shoto, and his staff were truly outstanding. Of course, the rooms were so unique with excellent decor. We had a large terrace too.

Some hours, on some nights, the noise of the trucks passing is quite loud. The bathroom is on the lower level from the bedroom. Fine unless you need the toilet a lot in the night.
