Ati Ambavi Botique Hotel Gudauri

I went on a ski trip with my family, and we loved it! First, the rooms are very unique and special. Each room has a different theme, which the administrator told us about. There are no boring rooms that look like every other hotel room. The breakfast was small but cute and delicious. The only thing missing was fresh bread! :D But the best part of the hotel is the staff. We often stay in hotels, but I have never encountered such a wonderful team. They felt like family to us—always helpful, quick to respond, and always smiling and joking. This is true not just for one person, but for everyone who works there! It was even a little bit sad to leave because of these kind-hearted people. You will never find this level of staff anywhere else. I truly wish them all the best and hope that every guest has the same experience.

Гостиница отличная,находится в трёх километров от нового гудаури, брали номер с балконам, обслуживание супер, есть индивидуальный спа сауна, джакузи,заказывать заранее дают на один час или полтора, вообщем полностью индивидуальный вариант,есть возможность закрыть двери ,и быть наедине, менеджер нам в комнату принёс вино очень вкусное, и десерт вообщем нам очень понравилось Гостиница и отношения с большим уважением, есть ещё в лоби ресторан открыт с 17, и до 23, цены конечно зашкаливают)) играет живая музыка пиянист, вообщем в гудаури дороже чем в Тбилиси, всё таки горнолыжный курорт)) но есть всякие варианты рестораны так что не проблема, всем советую кто любит тишену и комфорт...

We recently spent three nights at this charming boutique hotel, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, and the restaurant offered a fantastic blend of traditional Georgian flavors with a European twist – every dish was a treat. A special mention goes to the owner, who was incredibly kind and hospitable. He even treated us to nearly the entire menu, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The staff was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. This hotel is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it enough. We’re already planning our return!

Slava the administrator is an amazing guy who gives great care to guests. The hotel is brand new and nicely designed. The spa is very nice although needs to be booked in advanced and for a fee

Location requires a ride to the ski lift. Walls and windows not sound proof to noise from the restaurant downstairs and the road outside.

The property is at very good loaction with gorgeous rooms. Moreover the host is so nice to help you at every time.perfect for couple and families.
