La persona en recepcion sectardo 30 mins en presentarse y al llegar nos menciono que teniamos quexdejar la habitacion una hora antes del check out y su comentario fue" ESTE MAS QUE UN HOTEL ES UN LUGAR QUE VIVE DE EVENTOS SOCIALES POR LO QUE NECESITA DEJAR SU HABITACION UNA HORA ANTES DEL CHECK OUT.

"Hacienda magnifique, un véritable havre de paix !"

Hacienda absolument magnifique, propre, parfaitement entretenue avec une piscine magnifique.

Restaurant cher, peu de choix. Petit déjeuner non inclus dans le prix des chambres. Personnel gentil mais inexistant lors de notre séjour pourtant nous étions presque les seuls clients de l’hôtel.

Everything was clean and spitless! The sound of the birds in the morning was amazing!

The English pop music being played at the lobby. It just don't go with such beautiful place.

Its the best place to stay for those who want peace and serenity. The staff were so friendly and mannered. I and my wife had the best time of our Yucatan trip and we would love to be back here. We were so in love that we want to build a similar property. Note: if the owners want to sell it they can ask us.
