Hacienda San Antonio Hool

The Hacienda is wonderful! we had it all by ourselves and we were supper happy with the room and the facilities. We had dinner and breakfast and everything was delicious. The staff was super attend to every need we had. Overall it was a perfect stay.

Only minor detail was there was a lack of a wine card, we were offered some house wine but they were stale and old. But they made it up with a cold beer and mixing up some great Carajillos out of the card. Maybe next time we can enjoy paring the amazing dinned with a great wine :)

Amazing Hacienda in term of room comfort, restaurant, pool and staff. They only have 8 rooms so this is very private. We loved it and extended our stay

The property was fantastic. Great value for the place and the size of the room and amenities.

Food was average and there was no one at the property to attend us. After 7 just guards.

The grounds were beautiful, with gardens and historical buildings. Lovely pool surrounded by palms and nature.The staff was absolutely wonderful, kind and friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the following day and the food and service was excellent. The room was lovely with bathrobes, nespresso machine and even complimentary chocolate covered strawberries! The hacienda is about 30 minutes from center so you need to bear that in mind if you stay. It was like another world there and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

It’s a beautiful place to stay. Service was outstanding. Food was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Everything was great

We booked a junior suite for three nights at the end of our two-week travels in Yucatan. It was by far the most wonderful location of the entire holiday. The room was large, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious, including a free-standing bathtub. There were luxury products included and the room was made up spotless clean and decorated with beautiful flower petals from the garden every day. We absolutely loved it! Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious at the hacienda, too. There was a variety to choose from, for example, typical Mexican dishes and also European food. The meals were always lovingly prepared and arranged with fresh flowers from the hacienda garden. As a vegetarian, the staff was always keen to make me feel happy food-wise too. The staff was extraordinary; very friendly, kind, and super helpful. We were greeted with a cool and delicious homemade welcome drink and felt very much at home during our entire stay. There are many beautiful plants and wildlife in the huge hacienda garden, it was so beautiful there, that we almost didn't want to leave during the day to explore Merida. Another bonus is the peacocks that live in the hacienda garden, they are super tame and beautiful to watch. One thing to note is that the hacienda is quite far from the city centre, you wouldn't be able to walk to the sightseeing spots that Mérida has to offer, so it's best to come by car. We enjoyed being a bit further out from the hustle and bustle of the city and being surrounded by nature, so we rented a scooter for our time in Mérida. It was easy to drive to and from the city centre (approx. 30 mins by taxi, 40 mins by scooter). Taxis are reasonable too, so that shouldn't be a problem. We would always choose the hacienda again for a perfect stay in beautiful Yucatan. Thank you for a perfect end to our holiday, we will be back!

The only thing we would have enjoyed more would be that the music from the speakers at the restaurant and pool could have been a little quieter. I am sure that if we would have asked, this wish would have been fulfilled.
