Lage war furchtbar, nur Drogenabhängige vor der Tür . Die ganze Nacht Krach , trotz geschlossener Fenster war an schlaf nicht zu denken.

Die Lage

Weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Personal Katastrophe. Schlechte Organisation etc. Trotz Entschuldigungen ihrerseits eine Zumutung. 1 einziger Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht und er hat mir etwas leid getan, aber sonst echt ne Vollkatastrophe. Ich kenne die Unterkunft von vorherigen Aufenthalten. Aber es ist total runter gekommen. Teppiche schmutzig, kaputte Fliesen die mit nem Teppich kaschiert wurden und der war echt eklig, Schimmel und Legionellen in Wasser.

elevator ude af drift, ingen barneseng da vi ankom, havde kontaktet dem adskillige gange ingen gad at svare mig. Ingen elevator, ingen barneseng er skidt når man ankommer med 2 børn og alt skal bæres op på 5 etage

The appartment was clean and the bed was ok. Close to the Central station.

No Elevator. Shady area. In the evening, I had to pass 4 Junkies smoking crackpipes on the doorstep before i could reach the door.

Wifi was strong, water was hot, and there is a large radiator heater in the room. Our room was on the ground floor so we didn't have to use the stairs since the lift was broken.

The receptionist argued with me about the wifi and my needing a passcode to log in. She said the wifi didn't need a password, but she didn't know (check-in is done at another hotel). I asked her to ask someone else, which she did, and they gave me the wifi passcode for the other building where I was staying. As others have mentioned multiple times, the area is rough at night, and there is usually someone sitting on the entry stairs, but they don't bother you and move so you can enter and exit.

Clean and convenient to train station

Check-in procedure at a different hotel was a nightmare. Made to sit in the “restaurant “ for 10 minutes while they were working out the booking details. Tried to charge me for another visitor despite checking my passport details. EFTPOS machine not working.
