Near the beach

The place is falling apart, no fridge, terribly noisy day and night, towels and sheets were threadbare, room didn’t get made up once in 4 night stay

Conveniently located right on the beach, an easy tuktuk ride from airport. Very friendly & accommodating staff, good breakfast.

Room was smaller than anticipated for four adults but we made it work.

On the beach ( not the best beach u will experience in sri lanka.. this one was very dirty. Good room, with seaview.

All good. Negombo in general… i dont really understand why everyone stays here. Next time i’d rather stay in colombo or even better go a bit south.

Milan and his team gave me such a warm welcome to my time in Sri Lanka. They went above and beyond with a personal and warm welcome and service. Their hospitality outshone even the highest expectations and the facilities proved to be better than what I experienced elsewhere. I loved the location right on the beach and my room was comfortable, clean and cosy with AC, mosquito nets, coat hangers, dressing table and other facilities that I later learnt were lacking in other similarly rated hotels. I really hope to return here one day. The breakfast was great and the curry and rice dinner was delicious. Milan’s team are a credit to him. Thankyou Milan for my lovely birthday cake and flowers, it was very thoughtful and kind of you and I will always remember your kindness. I wish you and your lovely team all the best

This is a lovely Hotel Mulan the Manager is extremely helpful speaks perfect English, all the staff are very friendly and eager to help teach you Sinhalese . Parrots in the garden lovely Breakfast airy rooms what more can l say . This is our third visit and will be returning again after 5 weeks travelling . It was my birthday on the 22 nd and l had a lovely surprise Cake and flowers from Mulan and his wife , a fabulous way to start your holiday 😊

Best experience with the amazing view. Staff's behaviour was also very welcoming.
