Bed was comfy

Decoration outdated carpet dirty waited 20 mins in reception to be served had to telephone from corridor to get a member of staffs attention there was cigarette ash in 2 of the glasses and a cup in the room did not enjoy stay at all

Friendly, easy check in - even though my train arrived quite late. Good location close to station and centre of Newport.

Heater in room didn’t work. So room was very cold. Also, when I got into bed the bedding felt damp. Bulb missing from bedside light. Broken shower fitting. Filthy carpets in downstairs hall. Carpets also dirty in the room.

i liked when i asked for the room on ground floor and they did that for me,i was very happy as i’m disabled but they sorted it out straight away,brilliant stay.

Simple clean & Friendly

It was easy to find

Carpet had paint on it and had a gap around the skirting board. Blinds broken. Shower head is unable to go in the bracket so had to hold to shower. Bathroom door needed a hard push to close. At 23.30pm someone opened our door with their key from a different room as we were in bed, I had to shout get out and put a chair against the door until the morning
