Property is just fabulous with great personality. Rooms are so luxurious and comfortable. Loved the lounge area to relax and have a drink. Fabulous hospitality and warm welcome . Yo-yo was an absolute delight to meet and looked after us at breakfast which was delicious and kept our room gorgeous. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend

"very tiring with all the stairs"

i find it hard to believe that the hotel has a 5 star rating. they knew we had mobility issues but there was no offer of assistance to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. With a 5 star rating I would expect a full english breakfast to be available. tea/coffee and milk in the room very limited. ie 3 satchets of milk between 2 of us for 24 hours thats not even 2 cups each per day each. no air conditioning and bedroom windows unable to open

"Great location for Newquay"

Great view in the room, lovely and clean, Nicholas was a great host, very polite and welcoming.

The hairdryer needs replacing, unfortunately trying to dry my hair was very hard, the hairdryer got very hot very quickly and I think if others were to use it, it may cause a hazard. The WIFI could do with improving one minute it works and then the next it cuts off, which affects the TV signal, minor things but apart from that it was nice room.
