The staff were so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Yo, who looked after us during our stay. The room with the sea view was lovely. Clean. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Breakfast, although not your traditional cooked breakfast, was very tasty. Good range of choices, and beautifully presented. Would love to stay again if we came back to Newquay. X

The lady that looked after us at breakfast time she was superb and funny,

Over £500 for a box room called the Library? Not very comfortable at all, breakfast was fancy stuff if you like that but nothing special. The car park at the front was a nightmare ended up with 2 dings in my door due to the spaces are so small. The WiFi doesn’t work at the top of the floors. You can’t hang your clothes up so living out of your case.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Room was absolutely spotless. Would definitely recommend this place to people and would definitely stay again.

Shower upgrade would be recommended. Water output poor but that's only a minor issue.
