Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable

Missed out on hot breakfast which is served from 9am. Not good for business traveller. I should have spotted this when making the reservation

Breakfast was very good and tasty with good selection, omelettes, smoked salmon, choice of juices, yoghurt etc. We had big bags, had to do flights of stairs, room good but tight, not much room to hang up clothes etc. Location great with regard to walking to town.

The owner, Nicholas was polite, accommodating, helpful and courteous. We did not have a taxi contact from rail station and he provided the details immediately. The room was at right at the top, the cleanliness/freshness of the bed sheet, pillows, towels, toiletries, etc were much appreciated! The magnificent view outside the window was breathtaking! The breakfast was excellent with very diverse options, and Nicholas himself prepared the dishes. He gave us some very good tips on where to visit and it all worked out well for both of us. A hotel well worth visiting!

Loved the querky decor, so individual. Excellent service from Nicholas. Breakfast , although no full English, had omelets, eggs etc and a great selection of cereals, yoghurt etc.

Stayed here for five nights. The room was spotless clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast good and not the usual full English. Not many parking spots but we did manage to park each day. Convenient for walking into Newquay

Super clean, classy place. We enjoyed Nicholas and his Mom( the owners). Great location for Newquay stay without car

Very clean and tidy, breakfast, lovely selection of food, hot and cold. Staff Very warm and welcoming.
