"Barely up to standard."

We like the breakfast but nothing else

No hot water, no radiation provided under cold weather. When we first approached the staff, he was very rude, unwilling to solve the problems, rather mean. Yet, after one night, his attitude changed (maybe I have sent a complain to booking.com). Suddenly became rather friendly and helpful in the morning. After all, apart from a good breakfast provided plus the housekeeping and the staff serving our breakfast (same person, a Thai lady)whom is very friendly and acted professionally, nothing much credited to this guest house. Don’t think we shall visit again.

Breakfast was excellent, choice was fabulous. Location was perfect, a short walk into the town and harbour. Decor of the hotel was a brilliant eclectic masterpiece , delightful

"Fabulous White House"

"Everything was perfect for our short stay."

Everything. The room was very comfortable- stayed two nights and managed to get over 9 hours sleep each night! Very very rare. Breakfast very fresh and cooked to perfection. Overall a great stay.

Close walk to centre of town

Breakfast included but only from 9:00am We had tours booked in and around other sites in Cornwall at 10:00am so had to depart hotel prior to 9:00am. Breakfast news to be offered from 8:00 am. We never had breakfast as a result
