The service was great as were the facilities, location and food.

Only drawback was no air conditioning or fan in the bedroom. It was very hot.

Bra frokost. Fine fasiliteter. Fine rom og fellesområder. Personalet var veldig flinke og hyggelige, behjelpelige med å finne steder å dra i nærheten. Og fint at vi fikk låne tursekk og staver

Dårlig luft på soverom da det ikke var noen form for ventilasjon. Mye lyd imellom hotellrom. Og mye hunder, hundebæsj i hage og en del bjeffing fra hunder.

I had a wonderful stay at Alpin Garden Luxury Maison & Spa. Everything was perfect – the hotel, the room, the spa, and the staff were all excellent. I especially appreciated being able to check in at 9:00 AM because my room was already available. It was such a nice surprise after my journey. I would happily stay here again!

Title: Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We stayed at Alpin Garden Luxury Maison & Spa during our trip through the Dolomites and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing considering the price we paid. The location is beautiful, and the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The service was probably the strongest aspect of the hotel. However, the room was a major disappointment. It felt outdated, relatively small, and far below what we would expect from a luxury hotel at this price level. The furnishings and overall quality did not reflect a premium experience. The biggest disappointment was the food. Both the quality and variety were far below expectations. We have stayed in many hotels throughout Italy, and the dining experience here was among the weakest relative to the hotel’s category and price. The meals lacked creativity, quality, and the standard one would expect from a luxury property in the Dolomites. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the value for money. We do not mind paying premium prices when the experience justifies it, but in this case the hotel simply did not deliver. The room quality and food were not consistent with the rates being charged. In summary: * Excellent and friendly staff * Beautiful location * Outdated and disappointing rooms * Food quality well below expectations * Poor value for money We left feeling that we paid a luxury price but received a very average hotel experience.

4 days was not long enough… stunning room, amazing taster menu every evening with lots of choice and excellent quality taste and ingredients.. Great to see the owner Markus personally involved with all aspects of running a hotel… the team are efficient welcoming and friendly…we will be back.
