If I could rank this hotel and the whole experience there 10 stars, I instantly would do it! My wife and I spend 7 nights in this super luxuries amazing hotel. All was special and top quality, from the hotel decoration, rooms and spa to the culinary experience! The rooms are beautiful, luxuries with an amazing view. The chef's breakfast and dinner are outstanding! The quality, variety and use of the raw materials is fantastic and the imagination of the chef's creation is outstanding. The spa and swimming pools, like the rest, are excellent - especially for those who spend their days in outdoor activities and return in the afternoon to relax and relieve their muscles! And final words on the owner and hotel stuff - Markus, you did an amazing job turning your nostalgic parents' house into your dream and share that with us! Erica, Veronica and all the others, you're amazing! Without you, it couldn't be the same fantastic experience! We're already planning our next vacation in "Alpin Garden Luxury Maison & Spa".

An absolutely beautiful and relaxing stay. The room was large with incredible views. The staff is all so friendly and helpful. Each morning you're given a newspaper with recommendations of free guided hikes or activities for the next day and I highly recommend! If you're debating whether to book half-board, DO IT! The food is incredible and changes nightly. I truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I hope to be back one day.

This is a beautiful hotel. The owner and staff absolutely go out of their way to ensure great experience. We will likely go in the winter and ski. 7 course meals every day. Nearby are small towns and gigantic mountains. There are all sorts of opportunities for hiking, and riding bicycles.

One of best hotel, elegant and beautifully designed hotel! Here we will for sure return in summer and also for skiing! What was really impressive: the service!! Comparing it to Shangri-La in New Dehli and Kayumanis in Bali Ubud we feel it was way above them!!!

We liked the hotel, mainly because we were very relaxed. The attention of the staff is excellent, the kitchen too. On the other hand, the hotel facilities are very good: The two swimming pools and the wellness area are very nice. However, I think that some kind of water massage would be missing, in a ski resort the spa is very relaxing after a day of skiing. I also miss some heat in the lounge, I think that it would be improved with some carpets. For the rest, we are very happy and we do not rule out returning. Thank you for everything.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Very polite and helpful. Close location to town but if you plan on staying out late call a taxi ahead of time transportation is limited after 7pm or its a short walk back(uphill). Highly recommend this hotel

Highly recommended hotel! We had a wonderful sport week in Val Gardena. The hotel was very beutifully decorated, spa and outdoor pool were awesome! Dinner, breakfast and especially the staff was on top quality. Shuttle service was good and worked without delays. If you want something special for your holiday, choose this hotel! Thanks for Markus and the whole Alpin Garden staff. You're doing good work.

Excellent facilities,staff and ambience. They would do anything you asked. Fabulous spa. Great family place(adults). The owner Marcus was involved in all aspects of the hotel and did everything. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would stay there again when back in Ortesei. The food in the restaurant was top notch as was the service.
