Hôtel bien situé en plein centre de Pelling. Personnel attentif, serviable et à l’écoute. Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants, mais l’établissement reste tout à fait adapté pour un séjour court de 1 à 2 jours.

Very strange personal who actually locked me the 2nd day inside. I couldn't get nor make a breakfast at 8:30 am! Also the owner obviously saved fuel and therefore the genset didn't work and there was no electricity for long time. For both I had to call several times to owner and staff.

I didn’t like anything about the property. This was the worst experience I ever had. The rooms were untidy and there were cobwebs behind the headrest which was not safe at all for kids. I would never advise or recommend this property to anyone.

The facility, cleanliness and the staff. Very poor service, pathetic rooms and worst washrooms ever.

The staff were very helpful. Their Manager was always available on call and catered to all our needs. We stayed in a family room and the room was very spacious. After staying in few other hotels in sikkim, we found this hotel a welcome relief.

BF could have been better. Not sure why hotels in sikkim do not have a shower cubicles. Because of that the floor is always wet.
