This is the second time I booked here for my stay and as usual Miss Smarika and Miss Poonam were very helpful on the reception.Love the comfy rooms and the food.The staff are very attentive towards their guest.Highly recommended for traveller's planning to stay in pokhara.Excellent Hospitality!!

We had a great stay in the hotel, very good location , very cooperative and helping staff especially Miss Pushpa and Miss Poonam were very welcoming and helping at the reception.Highly recommended for traveller's looking for a comfortable and cozy stay in pokhara.

Everything was perfect, there is nothing which I personally felt was lacking.

Every staff is really nice and helpful (Ashmita is very helpful, she guided us well and also all the staff), I was having headache at 9 am they immediately sent medicine, location of the hotel is also best, but Sujal who is the receptionist. Don't give him your number. He harasses you by sending SMS.

I found Bugs on my room Keep some clean your property also blanket have stains also its leaves are white parts in black clothes
