The staff is amazing and goes an extra mile to assist. There is a personal driver that works until certain times to take you to the city. They are all hard working people and very polite.

Friendly, helpful and excellent service by staff. Clean rooms and facilities. The staff made sure to make up for the issue of the non-existent road.

Non-existent road to the property. While the hotel is not far from town, our party was not informed that the road to get there is currently non-existent as it is still being built. Our van had to cross narrowly piled rocks over a river, and drive up a very bumpy path to the hotel. Staff estimates that it will take a couple of months until the road is fully built.

- Great Views of Annapurna Range from the Room and Hotel - The room was Duplex and offered great views of Annapurna Range from both levels - Food was good - Breakfast had adequate spread and staff provided me options - Staff were very helpful and cheerful

- Access to the hotel is bad. The regular access road takes one hour from Pokhra and the make shift road being used now since the regular road is under repair is barely motorable and cuts across a river bed, especially if driving in our own vehicle - Kathmandu to Pokhara road trip itself has become bad (10-11 hours for a 200 Kms trip one way) and this bad access after reaching Pokhra adds to the travel fatigue - It does not have a 24 X 7 front desk. There is only security number to reach out to in the night. It is a little uncomfortable to note that the front desk is not 24 X 7

Breakfast was fun very well prepared and tasty. In fact every evening they asked as to what would we like to have in the breakfast next morning. They provided transport to and from the airport and to and from the city centre free of cost. that is the icing on the cake despite location being away from the city centre. Staff is excellent and very helpful . The owner Mr Kiran is a fantastic host and always willing to help. They walk extra mile to make their guests comfortable.

The approach road is not appropriate but am told that the regular approach road was under repair.

excellent location overlooking the Annapurna! breathtaking views! very friendly staff! nice trekking route to the suspension bridge, my kids loved it. would definitely love to stay again. the kitchen staff were excellent with great choice of food! really loved every aspect of it!
