"Terrible"

Close to the airport

Staff were rude, got to the property at midnight and had me sat in the waiting room for over an hour. As the said the could t find my booking even though I shared all the details and showed them emails. By the time I got into the room I couldn’t even go to sleep as my flight was in 4 hours
