The check-in counter staff was very nice and efficient. Not so much for the check-out but is ok. However, the SPA is not ready SPA service and don't really provide any service and only massage the back for 1 hours service and added in another 15% surcharge without any invoice. Horrible and hostage the customer

"Amazing room, but smelled of cigarettes"

The room was amazing. I would have given it five stars of it wasn't for the bedding smelling slightly of stale cigarette smoke

I didn't like the bedding smelling slightly of stale cigarette smoke and all the hairs in the sink.
