I got mugged by one of the "residents"

It was roach infested with holes on the wall. Tub and toilet was really dirty and disgusting. To put the cherry on top I brought out my food for one second then roaches came out of nowhere and crawled all in my food

Horrible

Staff was really nice

The only thing good was the wifi

It didn't have heat in the room on top of all the roaches in the room

It was located close to I-400, which make it easy to get to Atlanta and back.

Roaches everywhere! So I addressed the issue the staff was friendly and gave me another room that wasn’t under construction. But the room I got had paint chipping and roaches. If I wasn’t intoxicated I would have left.

Nothing. The front desk clerk gave me a key to another man's room. I had to go to another hotel due to lack of availability in the area and will be submitting that bill today. Priceline/Booking.com should take this hotel off of their list of hotels. There was a person sleeping outdoors on the ground in the hallway.

Everything.

They given another key of my room to other guest, I just about to sleep someone open my door, I was so scared, I have been to front desk and asked them why they did it they said it was a mistake. My question what kind of mistake is this. I was alone there in that room, anything could be happened.
