The staff was great! Very helpful and quick!

The roaches in my room, poor lighting, filthy room, filthy shower, and ungracious characters as my neighbors who thought it was okay to play loud music

My mom was staying there and at night she saw somebody was trying to enter her room with the room key. Luckily my mom had the two locks on the door and she said to him that this is my room why are you trying to enter then the guy said the got the room key from the reception. This is so terrifying for her. She had a very bad experience

Staff was very rude and we had No TV or microwave or phone and only one towel and when we asked for one they said they couldn't get us one! Wifi was 8 dollars for one night also!
