"Ambience was good. But overall I am not happy and felt like being cheated"

AC was working. Water was available

First day while checking in the receptionist said that the rooms are full and they accommodated me in a substandard room elsewhere for a day whereas I had paid the full amount in the very first day. Breakfast was not provided on 17 Aug. In evening when asked they provided me the room. Next day they provided the breakfast only when ordered and the quantity was less like I asked for two bread omlette and they gave only two slices of bread with omlette. On last day they didn't provided breakfast and tea untill 8 am. It was time for me to leave so I left without having tea or breakfast. I complained about night bulb which was not there but they didn't rectified.
