Clean and Well Designed Rooms

Rude Staff Behaviour, and was billed for food I didn't even order. The Hotel Contact Procedure were horrible. I got discount on Booking.com app, and then I get a message I need to pay whole amount in advance within 12 hours of the message to get that discount. I tried to contact the hotel, I get to stay on hold for 15 mins and still no resolution.!
