Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Lake Union

Hotel was in a great location. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great Pier view from window and Breakfast was great.

The breakfast room had a nice variety of seating options.

The building was kept at a temp that seemed unnecessarily cold (and high energy use).

I rate this hotel and staff a 5! My family checked in on Saturday early at 10am coming from a cruise and they let us go directly to our room. We checked on on Sunday morning to go on a tour and the staff held our luggage till 6:30 PM. The staff treated us professionally, warm and caring and helped us enjoy our time in Seattle. The breakfast was excellent and the location permitted our family to walk to the Space Needle and through Seattle. Brett

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bushaltestelle zu Downtown direkt vor der Haustür. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Die Fenster in unserem Zimmer waren nicht schalldicht. Der Straßenlärm war sehr laut. Morgens um 7:00 Uhr zog der Bacon Duft unangenehm in unser Zimmer.

Location was good enough for the purpose of our visit which was just the 1 night before our flight the next day. We had some lake/gas works park views from the window which was also really nice. Staff was lovely and parking on site was a must as we were finishing a road trip!

I think it was good enough just for 1 night but I would have not recommend for longer than that. Breakfast was awful - there was absolutely nothing I could eat (and I am NOT a picky eater at all) and although we got there 50min before it was scheduele to finish a few of the customers had to go and ask for the basics like eggs a few times. And when they come they were a big mush - to this date I doubt they were even real eggs if I’m honest. Bagels were dry as a rock, bread the same, the “waffles” unedible and the list goes on. The room itself was quite outdated - sink was outside the bathroom, old carpet etc I think the photos on the site are a bit misleading vs what we found. It’s a shame because it has a lot a potential and the staff was really lovely 🙂

The room was the perfect size, had a fireplace, nice view. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast offerings were amazing and very delicious! Everything in the hotel was clean. The parking area was very secure. Didn't have to worry about my car being broken into or anything.

The only downside was the toilet paper quality! It was like rest stop toilet paper. Definitely could've used something a bit nicer, for sure.
