Staff were so very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, especially the morning restaurant staff

Parking and people blocking you in! I was trying to enjoy my holiday, I was out on a boat and had reception staff asking me to come back to move my car? I was t blocking anyone but they rung us all to make room for a coach?

"Expect the bare minimum."

It was very reasonably priced, bedding and towels were clean. Breakfast was included and ok.

Overall very tatty looking, staircase had not seen a vacuum for some time, carpet in our room had many stains and marks. Cups in the bathroom were dirty. Other guests had been allowed to park taking up two spaces when parking is limited. We had to pay £9 to park i elsewhere.

Everything . Have stayed here quite a few times. Is my go to when i cone to Torquay. Is clean and comfortable and great value
