Staff amazing clean comfortable entertainment was great short walk to sea front just a brilliant stay would highly recommend manager was great helped us when we had problems with the keys to our car ended up staying an extra night!! Thank you

Location was fine, the buses were frequent, and the walk to the sea frint was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. Entertainment was good.

Rooms were a little out if date, and the entertainment room needs the chairs cleaned.

The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed in months! You need to wipe your feet on the way out. My room was pleasant and basic, but a bit more cleanliness of the carpets would be great!

I had stayed at this property a few days before and rushed a booking online in the library which went through. My previous stay was without incident. I approached a gentlemen there that day to ask if he wanted me to park in a specific spot as I was not planning on moving again until the next day and he was thankful for asking. No issues. When I arrived again, I was met with who I can only describe as another Donald Sinclair. Utter rudeness and when I finally was "allowed" in to discuss the booking, he alluded to the Gestapo coming in and out, druggies etc. As though I in some way appeared to be such a character and that excused his rudeness. Whilst we discussed it and due to the fact that I was by now exhausted and needed a shower, I shook hands and kind of left it at that. He did thank me for being understanding, but I now see that as disingenuous as he then later stated he had seen my car and was having a look at it etc. Essentially being spied upon. I had to hold my breath and walk away to calm down, as this sickened me and I immediately felt unwelcome, spied upon judged despite conducting myself with respect and treating others in the same way. When I returned a bit later the following day as I had booked for two days, they had been into my room and "made" the bed and "replaced2 milk. No. This was more nefarious and I suspect going through belongings. I can not prove that 100 percent, but things were moved etc. A terrible stay and so bad that I left and relinquished that evenings stay and walked out. I did speak to a gentleman there and was informed that another person should have been available on my day of arrival, but wasn't. Either way, as a vulnerable and disabled adult, I found this extremely uncomfortable and would never go back here nor recommend to anyone. There parking set up is also ludicrous. They should keep the back open for guest to come and go as they please and sort out the front parking.
