Good communication with hosts at all times prior to arrival regarding access to property and lovely to be greeted by Becca on arrival with home baked goodies and hot drinks if required in the very nice communal sitting/dining area.

"Great location, lovely room, spotlessly clean and great facilities."

Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Fresh milk and small fridge in room. Always replacements available. Great communal space with option to bring in takeaway and they provided plates and cutlery. Free tea and coffee available at all times.

Nothing really . Would definitely stay again.

For the price i expected so much better although a single room bed was horried and as stayed in lots of other hotels in area at simular price in double rooms with breakfast included just found it poor value
