Fantastic welcome and great decor

Breakfast was lovely. The morning staff were excellent.

Nothing really. It was difficult for me climbing the stairs as I have difficulty walking but fortunately my daughter is fit and carried everything for me. The last time I came to Torquay was during the war to visit my grandmother and her sister.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Room was nicely presented and clean. The provision of glasses etc. downstairs a nice touch, along with extra towels, toiletries etc. available if required. Great idea to provide a "how to" video for check in too.

Nothing to complain about at all. As advised by the owners prior to arriving, parking is tight and you may struggle with a large car, but this can't be helped and the only niggle I can think of!

Always great to return. Safe, comfortable and welcoming. Perfect location.

Close to Babbacombe beach with cliff railway. Good continental breakfast provided in a distinctive 60's style lobby/breakfast room (clear perspex furniture). Extra toiletries etc. provided in a box and milk in the fridge.

Room furnishings were rather basic. Initially confusing to locate the room - no numbers, just room names.

Good location for us as close to our family. Easy walk to Babbacombe Model Village and beautiful walks. Car parking available on site (must be booked in advance) or on main road outside property. Easy self check in supported by 3 videos. Helpful and pleasant hosts. Nice residents area with lots of extras including lovely lemon cake 😀

WiFi can be difficult to pick up so would recommend watching videos before checking in. WiFi available at the front door and inside property.
