Lovely family run rooms. Very clean. Nice sitting area and welcoming tea coffee and cake! Great location! Parking on site!

Going out for breakfast the best option! We enjoyed it at Angels, their recommended option! Tiny room. The fan on overnight was essential! Bed a little soft, and pillows either hard or lumpy ( but maybe I am over sensitive!) The shower took a long time to get hot..

The property is beautiful and clean, very professional managers. We will be returning.

We visit Torquay frequently and have stayed at two of the 'best' Torquay hotels as well as several B&Bs. From the minute we arrived we were impressed with 'Rooms at Babbacombe'. Prior to arriving, we received a very helpful message with check in details and parking info. Our room was exceptionally clean and well decorated. In room amenities (coffees, teas, milk, etc) were ample and excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very, very quiet (we slept like logs). 'Rooms at Babbacombe' is, in our view, significantly better than anywhere else we have stayed at previously. Going forward, 'Rooms at Babbacombe' will be our first choice whenever we visit Torquay.
