Lovely hotel, charming room and views of balloons from terrace stunning. Breakfast was a feast. Very friendly and helpful staff

I was sooo amazed by this accommodation. Our room was huge and the location was great. There is a roof top section with an incredible view. It is a bit further out from Goreme but a very quick taxi to go there. We actually preferred to be in the quieter town with amazing views. The breakfast every morning was to die for. A very very cute dog was around as well, always greeting us when we came back to the hotel. I highly recommend this accommodation !

A fost o experienta de neuitat. O gazda cum rar intalnesti, foarte atenta la detalii, personalul calificat iar micul dejun, mai mult decat indestulator este servit la masa cu posibilitatea de a mai solicita in plus. Proprietarul ne-a oferit informatii utile despre locurile pe care le-am vizitat ulterior si s-a ocupat atat de rezervarea pentru plimbarile cu caii cat si pentru cea cu balonul. Recomand cu mare incredere si personal ii atribui un mare 10+.

Colazione eccezionale.

The room offered was bigger than others but there was smell due to humidity. Then they offered us smaller room which was far from expectation. I asked them to cancel the reservation to reserve another hotel but they refused

Check in/accoglienza da migliorare. Non viene data nessun tipo di informazione se non su richiesta. Bagno molto piccolo, non c'è il climatizzatore in camera. Sarebbe stato carino ricevere l'ultima mattina una colazione take away visto che siamo partiti presto per prendere il volo. Abbiamo provato a chiedere la sera prima ma a quanto pare è un servizio che non viene offerto. Peccato perché la colazione era compresa ed è un servizio che invece altre strutture dispongono

Le camere internamente un po' fané: nella nostra è crollato dal muro il porta carta igienica, la rubinetteria della vasca idromassaggio era un po' arruginita e il rivestimento esterno era rovinato. Nella camera dei ragazzi c'era tanfo di fogna. Il proprietario è intervenuto, ma sul puzzo di fogna poco da fare, tornava. L'hotel era dotato di terrazza con posizione magnifica ma lasciato in stato di totale abbandono. Quando non c'era il proprietario, si alternavano dei ragazzi più presi dal loro cellulare che dai clienti.
