Loved the view, location, staff very helpful and friendly, rooftop for watching balloons was great.

Clothes and bedding get a bit damp staying in a cave room, dehumidifier helps but can't stop everything from getting a bit damp.

Got the double room with balcony, which had a nice view. The manager is very friendly and helpful on recommendations around. Location is very good, good restaurants and views all around. Parking is on the street but we could find a place close almost all of the times. Bed is comfortable. Terrace is good to see the view and drink something. Breakfast is really good, would be even better if had some fresh juice. Note there is no AC and when the sun is really hot during the day it will take time for the room to cool, one day I had difficult to start sleeping.

Lack of towel hangers and enough power outlets. The first day the bathroom smell was bad (sewer) and very annoying but they did something when cleaning up the room the other day and it was solved. Shower is on the edge of being cold if you turn all the hot water on, must be difficult in the winter. Lack of a place to leave the bags open and off the floor.

Tural, the manager, was absolutely fantastic—super helpful and went above and beyond to help us plan our journey and activities. The whole experience was amazing value for money, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The environment was a bit moist

The property was good at very nice location with nice view of whole valley. The Manager was very accommodating and helpful . Breakfast was very good

Washroom size was quite small

The breakfast was more than enough for two people and very tasty. As we were sightseeing most of the day, the decent breakfast assisted to have a full stomach and full of energy to explore and discover.

The bedroom was very spacious.

The bathroom had a strong mildew smell and it Wass snowing and the front room my daughter was sleeping in couldn't get warm.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality We had a great stay with beautiful views of the morning balloons during sunrise — truly a magical sight! The breakfast was awesome, with a great variety to choose from. A special thanks to Tural, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us amazing advice and even arranged a vintage car ride for us, which went very smoothly. We really appreciated Tural’s outstanding hospitality and support. Highly recommend!
