Cleanliness was missing. Cloths were not fully cleaned.

Just for location I selected this hotel,

Room size too small, Geyser not working. Bathroom fittings worn-out and malfunctioning. No drinking water. Dirty toilet door. Room furniture condition too bad. Such room they are changing ₹1723/- Which is not worth ₹700-800/- Extremely overpriced.

It’s bang on the main road

My father is wheelchair bound . In the details it is written the whole property is accessible by wheelchair. But it’s not. Basically there is a lift. But from entry to lift there r at least 6 to 7 stairs.

Location

1. Bad stuffy smell in the room and the whole building itself 2. Pathetic state of bathroom. 3. No cleanliness at all, got stained/soiled bedsheets, not even a bottle of mineral water in the room. 4. Cockroaches and insects everywhere inside the room. 5. The whole building is in a dilapidated state. 6. Not at all value for money, can get a much better room for less price.
