The remaining facilities were good

There were bugs in the toilet

There was no breakfast offered. Room size was good. Bathroom was clean and good.

AC remote was not in good condition. Could not play the TV.

Other than location nothing is good.

Dirty toilet, broken mirror, none toilet fittings and in good condition., worn out pillow covers. The biggest issue was language problem, everyone speak only Tamil, it was a struggle to make them understand my issue. Extremely high tarrif, better quality hotels available @40-50% less, . No kitchen in the hotel. There was complimentary breakfast by which we assumed that hotel has a kitchen, but discovered they get the breakfast from street side vendors, packaging was very unhygienic, and options for breakfast was only idli Vara or Puri bhaji. No tea no coffee. It was a horrible experience. Regret booking this hotel,

As we are from Mumbai. We were need variety of breakfast. But for three days we have got same breakfast.In the hotel there was no arrangement for mineral water. So, variety of breakfast and at least mineral water at counter should be provided.

Room was good.

Breakfast was good and on time. Allowed me to be on time to work and it had a bit of everything so I am completely satisfied.

I wish there was cover over the car parking as my vehicle caught alot of dust and dirt. Its not the hotels fault but Its just a wish.
