Room and room service overall was good.

The customer service is terrible, truly appalling. Breakfast wasn't provided and it wasn't informed that breakfast wasn't provided. You guys should improve your hospitality especially at the reception. As per customers needs, the customers should be allowed to check-in at their own time.
