"Malas maneras del personal"

El hote es cómodo y está bien situado

La atención del personal. No recepcionan equipaje que transporta correos si no está el cliente y no ofrecen solución, cosa que no avisan en la web, incidencia que me costó dos días para solucionar y que gracias al pack mochila de correos pude solucionar. Llegué al hotel el día de la reserva a las 14:23 y llamé por teléfono porque no podía entrar al hotel. Me dijeron de muy malas maneras que hasta las 15:00 no podía entrar, eran las 14:23 y les dije que había recibido un mensaje a través de Booking que podía hacer el check-in a las 14:30, a lo que la contestación de la persona que me atendió por teléfono fue que no eran las 14:30 y aún no podía entrar. Podía haber dicho que todo está automatizado y que hasta esa hora no se activaba el código. Como ya estaba "calentito" con el incidente del equipaje, igual le hablé en un tono más alto del que debería, a lo que me contestó "vaya educación de cojones". En fin, todo empatía con los clientes e general y con los peregrinos en particular, que llegamos cansados y sólo tenemos ganas de darnos una ducha y descansar.

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, era lo que buscábamos

No tiene aire acondicionado, no había ningún sitio como para calentar agua, el mobiliario muy antiguo lo que genera sensación de poca luz. No estuvo acorde con el precio
